Dealers & Installers: Training Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Certified Installer for WildBlue.

Selecting the "Enroll Now" link below will enable you to create a user profile in the WildBlue University's Learning Management System (LMS). After creating your profile you are automatically enrolled into four online modules.

  • These four modules must be completed prior to attending a hands-on installation training and certification class.
     
  • The online modules are self-paced and do not require completion in a single setting. You have 90 days to complete the online materials and an additional 90 days to complete a installation training class.
     
  • Instructions for enrolling in the hands-on training class of your choice are available upon completing the online materials. You will receive an email message letting upon completion of the online courses and that you are now ready to attend a hands-on class.
     
  • All training classes are offered on a first-come first-served basis and fill quickly.

For new enrollments, select a link from the New Enrollment list below. Click on the WildBlue Partner link for the Partner you will be installing for.

To work for more than one WildBlue Partner, click on the Partner Crossover link in the Already Certified list below.

To learn about Installer Recertification, click on the Recertification link in the Already Certified list below.

To return to WildBlue University, to continue your studies, enroll in a Hands-on Installation, or update your profile, click on the Already Enrolled link below.
