WildBlue Press Release

WildBlue Launches Installer Reward Program
10/18/2006

First National and Regional Award Winners Recognized

Denver, Colorado - WildBlue Communications, Inc. today announced that it has created a Field Operations Installer Reward Program designed to recognize excellent performance by WildBlue installers and independent or contract dealer installers in all regions nationwide.  WildBlue provides broadband connectivity via satellite to homes and small businesses in communities where terrestrial broadband access alternatives are either limited or unavailable.

The Installer Reward Program aims to increase the number of WildBlue installations that either meet or exceed all of WildBlue?s installation requirements.  WildBlue will provide monthly regional and national installer rewards based on the quality of the installations, customer feedback, time/appointment commitments met, and other factors which contribute to an excellent service installation experience. Regional award winners receive a two-hundred-fifty dollar cash prize, and all regional winners are then eligible for the national award of five-hundred dollars.

?Quality and customer satisfaction are of utmost importance to WildBlue, and our new Installer Reward Program helps to recognize those employees who are really going the extra mile to ensure a superior customer experience,? said Anoosh Shahidi, Vice President of Business Operations at WildBlue.  ?All of our installers are required to complete extensive training, and we are pleased to recognize these outstanding individuals for a job well-done.?
